I channel Reiki energy (reiki means universal life force energy). through my hands to your body. Using this technique I can "scan" the body for energy blocks and imbalances and move the energy, focus it and balance it to enhance the bodies own healing systems and abilities. Reiki is an incredibly healing treatment and experience on all levels. 

Distance Reiki is given in much the same way except you are in your own home, relaxing with no distractions as if we were in the same room together. This is done with a zoom connection arranged at the time of booking.

I trained using the Usui Reiki system and am a member of The Reiki Federation.
