Intuitive Therapy
I combine, Reiki, Colour & Crystals in this treatment, creating a warm, safe & confidential space. Intuitive healing instigates the bodies physical, emotional, phsycological & spiritual systems to work together & bring to the attention of the client, issues which would benefit from being addressed. Clients often say they are aware of issues which are making them feel heavy & having this treatment helped them to find ways in which to live with it better.

Communication Consultations
I am often asked, and treatments often become lengthy, to "chat" about whatever it is which is being presented for you (the client) at the time. By "chat" I mean with spirit, whether it be my guides, your guides or whichever frequency is gifted at the time. I was given the name "Communication Consultations" because these will be guided sessions.
I must reiterate I am NOT a medium and the information I am given is based purely upon the guidance I am given at the time, guidance in building confidence in being reaasured we all have our own answers, but sometimes we need to step out from the woods to see the trees.
Retreats
Taking time out from the everyday is important to us all. Peace, quite, good food, new experiences, fun and being with like minded people.
Last years retreat was held at St. Nectans Glen near Tintagel in Cornwall, a spiritually, relaxing and rejuvenating space, allowing you time to just be for a while.
